Cheerful and stylish, these three shibori hearts can brighten up any room without overwhelming it!
Shibori is traditional Japanese "tie-dye". The pattern is carefully tied and stitched in with heavy thread before being dyed several times over. The thread is then removed and the fabric ironed so that the pattern can be seen. This particular style is called "kumo shibori" for the ripple patterns that are said to resemble a spiderweb (I think they look like sand dollars too!). This is an original picture, there will never be one exactly like it again!
